cycling (stationary bike) 30:00 [3]
slept:6.5 weight:161lbs

With the NYT before breakfast. Worked up a good sweat. Down to 1.167 G, but had to skip dinner last night to get there, so it's not likely to hold up.

cycling (stationary bike) 30:00 [2]
slept:6.5 weight:164lbs

Reading the paper. NY Times wasn't out yet, so stuck with USA today. Definitely not as good a workout!

Running 47:24 [3] 5.47 mi (8:40 / mi)

Around Providence at night. Pleasant night. Thought about shorts, but seemed unnecessary. Right knee and left hamstring pretty sore. Spent a bit of time stretching afterwards.

Running 28:06 [3] 3.1 mi (9:04 / mi)

Out at night around Providence. Left around 9 pm. Nice night. Streets not bad, but stayed in the road, since sidewalks were of uneven quality, some clear, but some slushy or slippery.

Gym 1:00:00 [3]

Rhonda's 6 am class. Wicked hard these days. Kind of bugged me where I hurt my side last week.

Ski (downhill) 2:00:00 [2]

Over to Sundown with Rhonda and Zack. Rhonda met up with her friends, which left me to chase Zack. What a little rocket!

Ski (x-country) 30:00 [2] 1.5 mi (20:00 / mi)

Out in the backyard with Rhonda and Hazel. Turns out we didn't get quite as much snow as I thought. At least there was more up around the house than there is in the woods. It's settling/melting fast, anyway. Skiing was nice, but only about 8" on the ground.

Note
(rest day)

Too much snow clearing to feel like a workout today. About 16" +/-. Nice light snow, but slippery. Slid down the driveway backwards in the truck twice. Kinda scary. I think studs are in my future. The snow tires don't quite do the job these days.
