Running (trail run) 40:00 [2] 3.0 mi (13:20 / mi)

Around the Art Sweeton loop in the backyard with Hazel. Stopped to look at a few things along the way, then went back down after to fix the gate. It's been bugging me for a while, but I never think to bring a wrench. Anyway, it's done now and working nicely.

cycling (stationary bike) 30:00 [3]

Reading the paper, at the hotel.

cycling (stationary bike) 30:00 [3]

Reading the paper at the hotel in Providence; right side still sore, but a little less so.

Running 28:27 [3] 3.25 mi (8:45 / mi)
weight:165lbs

Out at lunchtime for a trot around Providence First time I've gone out in the daytime when I've been down here, and it was quite pleasant, particularly because I forgot to bring sweatpants this trip, and it's more fun in shorts in the daytime.

Gym 1:15:00 [3]
weight:167lbs

Rhonda's evening class. Much too hard these days, now that I've been avoiding it for months, and she's been upping the ante going to yoga workshops. Alas, have slipped over the 1.2 G threshold. No good can come of this! I think the only way to counteract it will be to invite Peter down for a weekend of Rhonda's cooking!

Gym 1:10:00 [3]
weight:166lbs (injured)

Rhonda's 8 am class - not as hard core as the 6am amazons. Anyway, my side is quite tender from my mishap of yesterday, and it was incredibly hard - first time at yoga in a long time, and caught Rhonda full of zip after a two day workshop in Boston this past weekend.

Running (trail run) 34:12 [3] 3.5 mi (9:46 / mi)

Easy trot over at the Game refuge with Rhonda. We went over there to avoid hills, but were surprised to see the trails pretty icy. Nice anyway, and a pleasant day.

Orienteering (course setting) 4:00:00 [1]

Streamering control sites with J-J at Mashamoquet. Nice company. Sustained a weird injury on the way home. Reached into the back seat when I was stopped at a light, and felt a stabbing pain in my side. I seem to have strained a muscle badly enough it's hard to breathe deeply. Hope for a quick recovery.
