At Glenrock, most of it with mum. Felt pretty comfortable up the big hill at the end which is cool. Nice and enjoyable :)

Running hills 13:00 [3]

2 x long hills 4 x 30sec hills. Half session so i tried to just go for it. Did both long hills in 2mins which is way better than last time, although i don't think i would've been able to do that for another. Hottest temperature i've run in in a while i think, what's going on with May?! Tired but happy at the end :)

With 3x 5min tempo's in the middle. Felt a bit slugish in the warm up jog but alright after that. Wont be able to leave it much later than this to run anymore!

The usual crowd couldn't do intervals tonight so i just did it at the local grass oval which doesn't get mown very often it seems. Shorter session for an easier week this week. 3 x 400m on a 3 min cycle - 83 (oops), 85, 86. Then 3 x 200m on a 2min cycle - all 40s. Surprisingly felt like my legs could move well enough for a grassy track which according to my garmin has a few metres climb...

NOY on Balickera Quarry. Do enjoy this map and a good course i thought! Plan was to try to race it properly. Started off pretty alright and had a much better flow than i sometimes do. Lost some time on 7 and 8 from aloooot of hesitation. Maybe went too far around on nine, and then got real dodgy with my compass in the last loop. So the racing plan kinda got taken over with sloppiness but relatively happy still. First time running in the rain in a while!
