A tough session, a sore body, super strong wind and a bit of a stitch made it seem like it'd be a real miserable time but the top notch company made up for it all! Pyramid intervals at the track with Macey, Tamara and Kas.
200m, 400m, 600m, 800m and back down. The rest felt very generous but my legs couldn't really take much advantage of it. I fatigued, but it was pretty tempting to take out the second 800 so glad to have got it done!
