On the bike at the gym. Legs were pretty domsy from yesterday so nice and easy. Quite happy to be inside this morning actually. I've had a bit of a tight chest and a slight cough ever since I came home from Wednesday morning's run and guzzled a bottle of cold water from the fridge after breathing in all that cold air. oops!

15min warm up jog and some drills, and a 15min jog warm down

Running intervals 25:00 [3]

5 x 4/1 at Walka. Have missed doing intervals here!! Got it done and felt like I was pushing ok but they were just too slow...

Strength + Conditioning 35:00 [3]

Having a super chilled day, it's the best. Decided to stop at the gym on the way home because I didn't have anything urgent to rush home to for what feels like the first time in ages! A little bit of everything, but obviously not too intense. My core is soooo weak, back especially!

Netball! First half GD second half GK. Super fun as always.

Pre uni easy hour. Such a cool morning. There was a huge electrical storm on the horizon when it was still dark lighting up the whole sky and then the sunrise was so so pretty!! Feeling super lopsided when I'm running because of my left arm/shoulder/upper back feeling a bit strained, not sure what I've done!

Tuesday May 23 #

Running warm up/down 32:00 [3]

Warm up with a few drills and warm down jog home after i'd walked around for a few minutes and gathered the energy again.

Running intervals 20:00 [3]

1 x 2 min, 2 x 90sec, 3 x 60sec, 4 x 30sec. Fartlek session, I struggled at the end of the 90's to keep the floats at an ok pace but relatively happy with it in the end! Back is giving me a bit of grief though which is annoying.

Monday May 22 #

Strength + Conditioning (Yoga) 40:00 [3]

Felt like my recovery jog was potentially kinda silly when all I have to recover from is a lack of sleep. Still feel super wrecked after another big day at work so yoga it was.

Sunday May 21 #


Didn't have either the time or the energy to train when in the Blue Mountains. The days were massive and I feel absolutely smashed. Hopefully a big enough sleep tonight and an easier day tomorrow will let me recover and I can have a solid week this week!
