Jog before work at walka. Calves were feeling really sore at the start, as was the arch on my right foot. Warmed up fine after 5minutes but my legs still felt a bit tired for the rest of it. So warm already, not unbearable but I wouldn't have wanted to start any later. Also my garmin strap broke :'(
