Orienteering race (Grampian - Mullach) 41:15 [3]
shoes: Jalas Black
Sluggish but reasonably enjoyable although Mullach isn't the most stimulating of places. Needs the veg redoing anyway. Clean enough but worryingly slow. Blown away by shminty and possibly others. Just like old times, going o'ing with the kids.
