Trail run 45:00 [4] 6.0 mi (7:30 / mi)
Running with Jeff and Sam on the blue hills course that we will race on Sunday. The first ten minutes was warm up and the next 30 minutes was threshold. I was a little more rested than either of the other two and I think I pushed the pace a little harder because of this. I didn't have the map though, so I sped up going up and downhills and relaxed as I came up to potential turns, waiting to hear from Sam which way to go. It felt good to run really hard, looking forward to sunday. I think I can break 42 minutes for the complete 6 mile course... so that will be a good goal.
