Body Pump 1:00:00 [3]

Only my second Pump calss in the last month. Luckily my shoulder now seems okay, although I could feel it even in the warm up. Managed my heaviest weights I usually use so pleased about that. Katie was giving dire warnings about the squats track in the new release next week.

Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]

must admit I'm finding doing the two classes one after each other quite a challenge.I took the low option several times, espeecially on jumping jacks. got through to the end. Sam did a couple of very old tracks which were some of my favourites, with good music. Roll on the launch next weekend.

Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]

Not very busy at all - only me in the front row!! Paul was back tonight after a 3 month lay off. Sam is so looking forward to the launch. Did a couple of old tracks as she doesn't like the current lunges track!

Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]

It was nice to get back to the gym after a 4 day break! My ankle felt ikay. Still not sure what happened to it at the weeked. It was certainly exceedingly painful on sunday! good class. Lisa was back to help. Sam did some very old tracks as she was having difficulty remembering the present ones as they're similar to the new release!! Found the lunges track tough as usual. It does seem to be building up my stamina though.

Orienteering warm up/down 1:03:00 [3]

My left ankle swelled up over night and was quite sore. Decided to start but this was a mistake. Hobbled out of the start down a ride which was ridged by tractor tracks. Wasn't too bad going to number 2 and I'd nearly caught up my leader who had a 2 minute start. Then I lost the navigation, my foot was really painful when in the terrain in preference to the tracks. AfterIi'd spent a long time at 3 and 4 I couldn't find the next control so decided to retire. It took ages to walk back. Disappointed after yesterdays good run.Hhome to RICE and hope it recovers.
