BAOC Army Inter Unit Champs. Just walked round the Long Orange due to calf injury. Still messed up control 2 and 4. Very detailed area at the north of the map.

Injured - pulled calf muscle. Resting.

Orienteering race 33:13 [3]

Tenby Urban race. Big climb out of the Start. Few boring controls around the town then out onto a hill top near the Lifeboat Station. After this down on to the beach which was dry sand. Unfortunately my right calf pulled as I took my first step on the sand. FDropped from first to 3rd between there and the Finish. Made a couple of errors overshooting, but annoyed about my injury.
