Right rib has been agony overnight. Thinking I might have cracked it when I fell on TI went to the NHS Drop in Centre at RSH Hospital. THey think it set set off by my run yesterday. I expected taping, but told they don't do that anymore, just take painkillers and do some deep breathing!

WIM Bridport SEOUL event. Good course, a shame there were only 3 of us. Event only had 44 people. Such a shame after all the work that will have gone into the event. Wasn't sure if I'd even be able to run ut had the incentive of catching Denise. Beat her by 3 minues in the end.
Injured! Fell over when running with David last night. Right elbow and upper right thigh are both very sore.
