My lower back is getting a little better each time and no nursing necessary with the lower knee cap today either (hopefully it just needed to get used to hills again after my long break in August with the headaches). Ankle felt different today, pain in the top-left tendon but only the first 5 minutes. After that it felt fairly good actually.
It isn't really a surprise that things seem to be getting better, as my body gets more used to running regularly again it gradually finds a way to make it work. Would probably be better to make it work first however and then build up the running!
