Running tempo (XC) 24:10 [4] 5.2 km (4:39 / km)
shoes: nike air tri-d kutu

Not as fast as I could... but nearly and a bit too quick to be doing the whole 17km of my normal route the same speed. So rested at the bridge for 5mins and then carried on...

Running (XC) 24:55 [2] 4.0 km (6:14 / km)

...a lot slower. This seems a bit too slow for the distance. I haven't measured it in the most reliable way but it can't be too far out. Thinking about it this split does have most of the climb in it.

Think maybe shudda warmed up a bit at the beginning cos my left glute started to hurt a bit. It's still not completely cleared up after that fall at Flatenbadet before the O-Ringen.

Running tempo (XC) 13:55 [4]

The plan was to do the third split at race tempo again but took a wrong turn and ended up a bit lost. Didn't take a map/compass with me so just carried on running fast until I hit a big road, rested for 3mins and then...

Running (XC/Road) 35:25 [2] 6.4 km (5:32 / km)

...tried to find my way back home. I did but not in the most optimal way and unfortunately ended up road running. Left glute started hurting even more (odd that it didn't hurt at all during the tempo sections) so stopped and walked the remaining distance which took almost another 35mins.
