Being so small is not so much of a pain at this hour of night.
Did barbell stuff instead of pipe weight (vipr) stuff, but otherwise similar exercises to usual.
(squat/ lunge / dead lift / clean and press: all with barbell)
Was feeling the glutes after yesterdays faster stuff. Blasted the glute meds well with 'fondas' at the end.
