WOL and ILP

-walk to first bridge as usual,
-jog c 3 mins to park
-stretch for c 3 mins (esp calfs)
-3 laps, each with own 'theme'
[1: squat jumps at 4 corners of park, 2: Drills - Heel flicks, high knees, jousts etc, 3: Zig-zag intervals around double rows of trees]
-walk c 2 mins
-jog c 3 mins home
