O-Tuesday in Vingio parkas. First time with the map after 5 months, and it was very good that saw controls from the distance - so made no real mistakes, just some garbage was here (problems with the fence, etc). After 13th CP already was tired. Heels went sore, but not so bad as for first time this year with orienteering shoes, so now have 3 days until Saturday's relay to heal it. First victory of the season, not bad.
HR zones - "from the ceiling", because forgot to take HR belt.

In VP met clubmates Dzūkas ant Vytautas S., so took their direction and made forward and back on VP straight. We talked about the crisis a little bit meanwhile.

As knew, that the only rest my mind can get is during training session, didn't hesitate - took one loop in VP. It was quite uneasy, couldn't achieve better speed.

Still no desire for orieenteering, so will skip first O-Thursday and weekend competitions.

Didn't feel well before training but somehow forced myself to do it. One loop in VP. From the beginning felt very weak and legs were quite tired. Very nice weather and at the end it was hot to run with winter running clothes.

One loop in VP, with empty stomach (my usual key to success). First 1,5km - at full throttle, new best times for all intermediates (500m - 2'11'' (2'' better than previous best), 920m - 3'56'' (3''), 1,5km - 6'36'' (3'')), later slowed down because knew, that otherwise will suffer in the middle of the distance. 40% of the track - on melting snow and ice, but this time I wasn't cow on the ice and running conditions were quite ok.

One loop in VP. Even felt quite well, it was quite difficult to acquire good speed, sometimes because of being "cow on the ice". Once again met Rolandas Kazlas, next time should get acquainted I guess.

Finally got a chance to run with Kysulis. One smaller loop in VP with her and Vidutė. Kysulis asked to run slowly as she is preparing for winter adventure raid. And it was slowly from the beginning, just in the middle of the loop she forced a pace a little bit. At the end didn't feel that was running at all.

Finally no obstacles for training. One loop in VP, as after some time brake - quite uneasily.
