Running up to EDW gym to do my strength training and back. Not feeling great. Fighting something.

Track drills on the track with Marc before heading into the gym for strength. It was fun to do these with him.

The usual strength program with some core strength in there too. Good training, I think I am ready to start the Monday morning strength training in Bern next week.

Marc has been sick and coughing at night, so we both haven't been sleeping very well. This has probably caused me to have a sore throat and worry that I might get Marc's cold. So, I decided to do something easy indoors and not push my training too much.

Running with Ines in the dark again, running with her is so much more fun than running alone in the dark. We are also exploring new paths and it's much more interesting than doing the same thing all the time.

Lots of track drills this morning, some jumps, but not over hurdles. Mostly jump rope and one-legged hopping up a flight of stairs. Hard work.

Afterwards a good round of strength training. Moved up the weight in my squats, lunges and "good mornings". Feeling pretty strong.

Running with Ines after class in the dark. It was nice to have company, it makes running in the dark not so lonely.
