Biking up to the start of our O training with the kids in the club.

Orienteering 20:00 [1] 2.0 km (10:00 / km)

Various amounts of running around with some of the kids. I'm always impressed with how well some of them can read the map.

After getting home from the O training.

Finally did a real good core strength session. It was about time.
