Orienteering race 1:03:34 [4] 6.9 km (9:13 / km) +335m 7:25 / km

Long race, Lingmoor Fell. Knackered before I started, having run from the quarry to assembly and then straight to the start (about 5k and 300m) to just make my start. I was pretty crap and undecisive to 2 and this summed up most of the course - couldn't work out best routes and avoid the heather or climb. Perked up when I caught Neil Conway and clung on as Charlie came past but not fit/thin enough for a course like this. Knackered.

Middle Race on Colonel's Drive, Graythwaite. Into the green to start with where I was a bit scrappy, then onto the open white where I just struggled with the physicality - slopes. Reasonable performance but well down on Quentin.

Last session of Alicante boot camp. A lovely course from the southern end of the dunes. Both "athletes" going well and spiking controls.
It's been great having James ensure I get my butt out early doors for this.

This boot camp training is hard. Both James and I stacked it today. A beautiful course. In the dunes but too many legs going east into bright sunlight (lucky for some). Good sesh. Followed by cracking sunny pool session.

With James. A contour only long legs course. Quite scary on the long legs. James was much better than me today and I couldn't keep up with him.

Pilates followed by stretching. Good class, I was weak on a few.
