St Mag's Hill today. Tired & heavy-legged. Not helped by the muggy heat. Pleasant SW breeze once over the hill.

Kinnoul Hill.
Needing to do another threshold run so set out in aim of a Time Trial attempt. Much hotter than last week and I wasn't feeling so nimble but I pushed on and suffered as much as I dared.
Got to the top, looked at the watch and I thought, close but understandably, a bit off my best.

It was only when I got back into the office that I realised I'd equalled my PB.

O training with Doug on Anagach.
A decent warm up then a 3.3k course with me 4.5 minutes in front. Needless to say the whippet caught me well before the end! Shorter warm down.
