Still bouncy despite yesterday's TT. Must be the Middle Qualifier results!

Have worked out that my Kinnoul PB has improved 5% since October.
And my weight has decreased 4.6% since then - a correlation I believe...
Along with some consistent training.

Two days off, cooler weather, gee'd up by WOC results - I was in the mood for a Time Trial today on Kinnoul Hill.

Set off a little nervously, was I up for it? Really, then how come my back feels like I've thrown a 3 year old around in a river for hours on Monday and bent double gardening yesterday????

Hell, I need to work harder in my training. Here goes!
Hate this run. It hurts.
Old PB for the hill - 13:40 from 28/11/12.
New PB - 13:14 on 13/04/13

Today - Bottom to top - 12:54, average 160bpm.
NEW PB !!!!!
