Middle / long q and relay model map, again nice and fast, but tricky in places and lots of small point features
7 PM

Orienteering 12:00 [4] 3.0 km (4:00 / km)
shoes: inov8 x talon

Sprint course in the dunes. Pretty fast and easy really

Road/track running intervals 27:00 intensity: (15:00 @2) + (10:00 @3) + (2:00 @5) 6.0 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: New balance 828

Some fast running to get the legs working and check the calf out
