long course at boboyan, i lovelovelove boboyan :)
was so chilled doing this that i went from no.2 to no.8 and didnt even notice until i got there. so i just went backwards to no.3 and then to no.9 so that i still went to all the controls haha.
navigation was pretty good, abit messy on afew. felt alright physically.

oh and there was some snow in patches, it was so cool :D :D

school selection race at mt majura west. made a complete mess of number one, and was very scrappy on the rest. felt good running though....i think my main problem was i was trying to run too fast and wasnt really navigating properly.
enjoyed the course though, it was fun :D

at Mt Taylor rocks. twas the first time i'd run on this map, and it was actually pretty good. i think the course was about 7% climb too, so good training for italy!
felt really good, but didnt seem to be moving very fast. navigation was alrighttt
it was 3 degrees, super foggy, thick and steep...but for some reason it was soooo fun :D :D

warm down. i had to run with all my layers on cuz it was so cold. and my compass thumb was so frozen it wouldnt move!!

wasnt feeling terribly good today, so changed the session i was doing half way through it so it was abit easier. think i might have been tired from exams and stress and all that....
but exams are over now YAY!! :D

it was so cold today that the icicle in the dogs water pot stayed there all day!

cockies run at stromlo again...we went up 'cardiac arrest' (aka the world cup track)
twas fun :) felt good except it was FREEZING again!!!

and....i never though i would say it but.....i hate chem :'(

on stromlo single tracks to the top, then along the skyline and back.
felt really gooood so pushed the hills...but calves were quite tight :(
it was FREEZING!!

and felt much better today, all in time for a lovely english exam. how conveinient!
