Plyometrics and core when I arrived in the rat. Was going to go for a run too but I was too distracted by getting my PhD thesis back with no revisions YAY!! I didn't want to read over that beast again haha

Almost fainted on the tram to work this morning which was scary, but then felt better in the second half of the day. Felt pretty good running so did ints. They felt good but also bad. Hmmmmmm

500s on the road/tracks in the forest. A bit tired, so the session wasn't spectacular, but I guess it all counts. Wore a thermal, short-sleeve shirt, long-sleeve shirt, gloves, and a beanie and didn't get too hot :/ :/
