Easy in Ballarat before going back to melb for some meetings etc. Did some run thrus in the middle, felt pretty good!

Got dropped on the other side of the range this time, so had another uphill run home with 3x15min tempo. It went ok I think, first was a bit slow because I was on an overgrown single track and then the last one had the steepest up of them all plus it was kinda hot and sunny by then....good to finish!
