Intervals!! Did the old fave 40/20s. Woohoo, how exciting. Didn't push super hard (accidentally ate something yesterday so head and tummy felt shite again today) but legs weirdly felt ok :)

Run w gfry up to two lookouts and then down to meet moth. Legs felt good, but head and tum still off from food on Friday so didn't do any more. So nice out - but cold!!
