Think I need to start strength work again.....or maybe I should say, start strength sessions properly. Easy session today though so I don't have too much DOMS. Was planning a run but it was gross outside so I guess today is my day off!

4x compound miles up the river in the dark. This was fun! Felt pretty good too, but I think the darkness always helps with that ;)

6x5x40/20s up the river in the dark. It was fun! Felt really good actually. Good to do it in the dark too when all the Sunday dog walkers go back inside (no offence to them but they get in the way haha)

Tempo in the redwoods: 20H 4E 15H 3E 10H 2E 5H. Felt pretty good! Some ridiculously nice bits of forest which made the time go quickly. Picked quite a hilly route again though, so the 15min rep was all up hill but then the 5min rep was down a heap of stairs....think it all evened out though!
