screwed number 1 so shannon caught me, and i kept seeing her for the rest of the course. nav was sooooo messy, i think i only spiked about 2 of them :S
but i still really enjoyed it, tis such a good map :)

i was naughty and did no stretching today.....me and george were too busy killing dinosaurs :D

did 2 x 1km then 3 x 800m on the pretty green track at stromlo :)
achilles was fine (?!?) so worked really hard - thought i was going to throw up at the end :S
intervals are so satisfying :)

set out to do intervals, but pulled out cuz my silly achilles was really painful to run on :( :(
and i have to admit, it was hurting again during the training camp....but i ignored it....

at stromlo, pushing the hills. felt sweet :)

went to inspect the future chairlift so i could prove to eon that it IS a chairlift...
and its definately a chairlift. so eon owes me $1 million.

race (somehow ended up with the same start time as eon...)
was pretty tired and so was abit sloppy on some, wasnt really watching my compass....but it was still fun :)
