4x8min @ 2' rec. Tried to do some "treshhold" intervals, but as have no HRM - relayed on my body. Uphills and headwind were pretty hard- on the last one felt bit tired. Achilles acted a bit, but not too bad. Finlally got some decent sleep and starting to feel so much better.
