Military champs. Didnt feel super well - sore throat and face felt slightly swollen, so decided to go easy - or as fast as I can before hitting pain. Technically it was pretty good run - small loops or maybe not the most optimal routechoices. Only one annoying miss on 11th - when instead of following clearing boundary and easily spotting control from there, I ran to the clearing getting stuck in the middle of nasty bushes. Hanged on for technical part from 4 to 7 with Kavaliauskas - was fun not to get dropped even if I took different route choices. From there got a company of a guy in shorts who tried desperately keep up with me. Nasty moment of the day was when fell down, or to be exact - sit down in wet cold marsh on my bum.

3x1.6km + 500rec (under 5'). It was supposed to be under-lactate run, but of course it wasnt. The first one was pretty ok - pain came only on the last loop or so. 2nd was painful from the beginning - legs stiff and resisted to move. Really hesitated to run the last one as felt it will me much slower. Surprisingly it was ok - hanged on behind Vesta and dropped off only on the last 400m or so. Time was same as on 2nd interval. So in general was glad doing the full session as it was one of the hardest this summer season.. Sauna after felt good.
