It was hard. Felt like in January - heavy and slow. Left knee a bit sensitive, HR a bit annoyed, but kind of understandable after this week activities. Towards the end got a bit better.
Still feel a bit dizzy sometimes, fever nearly gone, so another day of 'sick'. Tomorrow should be ready for some action.
Till lunch felt okayish, but after that fewer hit 38.2, so still in bed for another day :/

Training camp day 1. Felt a bit feverish after first full night sleep in a week, but still headed to forest. I was slow, so navigation went a bit messy. After lunch fever reached 37.5 and by the evening 38.8. its going to be a fun training camp :( at least gonna get some proper sleep and rest after the last two weeks mayham.

Relay, LTU-2 with Tekle and Kristina, leg 2. Had solo run - felt more less like individual race, saw just EST2 near spectators when she was leaving control and i entering. Started quite well, but on 4th panicked in the middle of leg as couldnt recognize terrain, but kept on compas into the control, around 30s loss. Midway started to get pretty tired, so took several silly route choices by trying to avoid climb before spectators, so another 30s here and there. Legs felt pretty damaged and inner engine was not cooperating well. Ended up 5th.
