Some extra skiing as didnt run so much today and need to practise before LT champs. A bit cold on the first loop, but pushed a bit harder on the climb and it was fine. Downhills were pretty fast and my technique failed me every time :( also was getting tired later on.

Proud of this solo effort when sun was going down and last 5km were pretty chilly. Felt weary and lazy all day, so pretty good i got it done

4x1600 with 400m. Didnt feel too enthusiastic before, but it went rather ok. Managed to keep constant speed, even though with every interval it got harder and harder - first one was pretty easy, but on the last i was loud. Glad i could keep a nice stride till the end. Only thing that annoyed - was hr that was trying to go up. Need supplements.

Lactate test on treadmill with incline. Part of physiological or smth like that test in old school way in LEU. Hmg 146! But after talk with physio - their methods are far from reliable and likely missinterpreted my blood thickness. Need to get a proper test in laboratory considering my left leg condition :(
