Ran with Mary on trails in Mississippi. Fun. We ran a few hundred meters in the terrain and some of it was very nice.

Note

No exercise. Bike still in the shop and tax appointment with Cookie after work. I did take a nice walk in the snow on my lunch hour (which included lunch with none other than Corey Mohn and Joe Monaco).

5 very short courses at Perry. I ran with Ulrik. I generally took the straight forest routes and Ulrik ran long trails routes. The idea was that Ulrik would have a chance to stretch his legs out a bit by taking the longer routes. The straight routes were generally better. So if I took the better routes, I could run the course with Ulrik. It worked out pretty well.
