Northern loop of Circumambulation. Wanted to do a long run, as my endurance is not very good these days. I start to bonk out after 90 minutes, as I did today. Had to walk the last 600 meters.
Orienteering race 1:37:00 [5] 5.2 km (18:39 / km) +250m15:02 / km
Shell Ridge. Nice course. Physically difficult for me, particularly the last 3 controls with a lot of downhill. My knees, feet, quads were killing me. Really ran out of gas the last part.
