Went mushrooming at Sea Ranch. Found a huge number of black chanterelles. This year has been the best year for mushrooming.

Northern loop of Circumambulation. Wanted to do a long run, as my endurance is not very good these days. I start to bonk out after 90 minutes, as I did today. Had to walk the last 600 meters.

Shell Ridge. Nice course. Physically difficult for me, particularly the last 3 controls with a lot of downhill. My knees, feet, quads were killing me. Really ran out of gas the last part.
