And so it starts again. First longer marathon training road run. Only 15 miles this week as a tester for the legs. Running OK, but tiring by the end, not run long on the roads for a while.
Bit of a convoluted route to try and avoid too many hills, but that wasn't overly successful. Very warm and muggy. HR indicates it was a pretty easy pace, but tried to keep things moving without pushing too hard.
