Running 1:02:00 [3] 13.0 km (4:46 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus

Pretty rubbish run as I was feeling quite tired, hot and achey. Found some new paths in Sneyd Park and below Shitehampton Park. Glad when it was over.

Running intervals 18:00 [5] 6.0 km (3:00 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus

6x 3mins (1.30mins walking recovery) @ ~5km pace (just under possibly). Felt pretty strong and ran comfortably hard. Feeling it by the end. Ran on flat cycle paths in the Avonmouth area.

Running warm up/down 1:03:00 [2] 12.0 km (5:15 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus

20min warm up, 9mins between reps, 34min warm down. Good to loosen the legs off well.

Orienteering (Grakallen) 53:00 [3] 8.0 km (6:38 / km)
shoes: Jalas X20

Final o-sesh in Trondheim on this trip - still felt ok in the legs and pushed a little harder but always staying in contact with the map. Detoured up to the top of the hill for some nice views which were marred by the top secret base which doesn't even make the o-map. Then caught GG and had a bit of race down a steep marsh - he stacked it mwahahah. Good training camp. I still have the You and Me orienteering song in my head 10 hours later.

Orienteering 23:00 [3] 4.0 km (5:45 / km)
shoes: Jalas X20

Marsh line-o with GG as a warm up alternating the lead.

Orienteering (Stavsjoen) 45:00 [3] 7.0 km (6:26 / km)
shoes: Inov8 oroc 280

Pairs exercise with OJ taking turns leading. Quite a nice bit of forest with not too much climb so relatively kind to the legs after yesterday's epic. Felt ok. We both orienteered cleanly which was pleasing with the extra pressure of having the other watching your every move. Toni hung some bogroll and shadowed us both too for some of it. Lots of learning generated.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2] 3.0 km (6:40 / km)
shoes: Inov8 oroc 280
