Couldn't imagine doing a session this morning, but just about managed it after work. Ran 10xSteel Bank reps going the other way to normal, ran out of time for the last one, sadly. Slow to start but got into it, hampered a little by my work bag. Starting with Upperthorpe: 3.29, 1.24, 1.07, 51, 3,13, 2.06, 2.03, 2.01, 1.51, 1.40.
