First outing for shoes. A bit earlier so I could be back and ready for a 7:30 VTC. At least the commute wasn't long.

Full Serpentine loop. Last run for these shoes. Total of 800 km in 85 sessions at an average ace of 4:46. Need to go back to 2016 to find a simialr sort of average pace.

Hyde park loop. There are more people running in the park than there are walking along Oxford St. which is definitely not the usual way it is at 6 am

St James park, Green park and BP. It turned colder overnight, so today was significantly cooler than yesterday. Another solid run.

Along south bank to Tower Bridge, across the bridge around the tower and back on the north bank. Solid run. The streets are really quiet. Not a huge number of people running, but still outnumbered the cars on the road
