Read an interesting article on the weekend about the need to include gym sessions in the weekly tarining schedule, particularly as you get older. As a relatively late comer to a regular non-running exercise program I noticed the improvement from the strength training. Just need to maintain it now for the next 10+ years

Feeling tired this morning, after an interupted night's sleep. Pace was up and down.

Last run for the zoom flys. These have lasted much better than I had expected or hoped for. The outer sole has worn much better than the kayano’s, and despite the light weight they have stood up to the training really well.
