Patapsco (Middle Atlantic Champs) blue course.

Didn't place so hot but really enjoyed the experience. I love running in snow - the leg feels good and I believe it mitigates any speed disadvantages I have.

Of course, like the last time I was at that place, the Orienteering was bad for me - though much better today than last time. ~9 minutes mistakes?

Felt stronger and more confident as the course went on.

Advanced leg of the relay. My strategy was to follow the fastest guy, but since Eddie was wearing hiking boots, I followed the guy with the Bulgaria suit like glue. I don't think I added much value.

Unfortunately, the guy in the blue/green suit drove hard going into last control and so I was following two people at that point. Somewhat shamefully, I passed the kind Bulgarian on the run-in, but I had to do it...
