PFH. Certainly felt like I was sending the quads further into the hole of achiness, but hopefully they'll start to come around in a few days. Unsure how best to make that happen though. Calves super tight/sore on the climb, as if I'd done a track session yesterday, so that was quite slow and walked more than usual, but they came round after the top. Aerobically and metabolically(?) good though, felt great up Morningside Rd.

Plan was 6 reps but legs felt bad so called it at 4 rather than keep digging into the hole. Kinda heavy today, and it felt entirely in the quads. Someone also nabbed my thermal to top it off. Not really the confidence boost pre JK that would have been nice but ah well, I've made it to April uninjured (touch wood) so plenty to be happy about.

Good vibes all round as I finally saw the back of the MPhys project this morning with the presentation, has been a bit of a struggle for most of the past 8 months. Shins all good even with the tarmac yesterday, how times have changed.

Bog with Mosson and Felix, drizzly but pleasant enough. L shin a bit grumbly yesterday and today, suppose I did go a week without prehab, back on it now.

Nice little pack of Spud, Rodrigo, Joe (those 3 generally a bit ahead), Davros and Corn. Just tucked in and tried not to look at the watch too much, and happy to see about 3:20s avg. Big thanks to Davros especially for letting my stare at the back of his head for a few reps. Legs definitely still a bit tired from the weekend but decided that I'd be running slower even if I had fresher legs if I sessioned tomorrow.

Felt knackered all day which isn't ideal from a work point of view. Gave up at 2.30, came home and went to gym. Highlight was seeing Mark Beaumont on the way back (maybe)

Sorry state of affairs, only 6 of us and no Dave. Squatted and deadlifted 40, did a decent weight on the calf raise machine, then some core and a few other bits and bobs.
