So all that got accomplished yesterday was getting to Heathrow lol, so looks like today will be 32 hours long instead as long as BA get their act together. Managed to fit a run in though from Paul's where I ended up bailing to. Very nice actually, sunny and frosty morning round Hampstead Heath and even a lap of the Parli Hill track.

Steady BnB, running strongly and achilles feeling pretty good. Even though tomorrow will be 32 hours long I still don't think I'll find time for any training sadly.
Another dark cold seat3, just getting it done, can live the life of luxury for a few days next week so no excuse. Again, bit sad to see the HR so low when I felt like I was putting in good efforts on the climbs.

3 x Crags from the road. 6:50, 6:44, 6:49. Chose this as the most achilles friendly way to get a session in, and it worked well. Quads a bit tired but happy to get it done, keeps the cobwebs away for at least another week or so.
Good stuff. Squatted 50, 65, 65, 65 although just 3 reps each on the 65s. Also did 2 x 1min isometrics and then 3 x 12 DL raises both on the machines (bit more weight on it this week) with no pain.

Spin in the circuit gym. First time in there since it got redone - is nicer but could do with some fans for the bikes.
