Bike home. No signs of bad weather. Hitting the final climb very hard. I guess I'm getting back into condition because I got home two minutes faster then normal and had to wait at a light for at least a minute.
Weights 55:00 [4]
Total body weight training. Doing shorter more intense workouts with core exercises during the summer. Today's workout was incline bench press (barbell and dumbbell), incline dumbbell flys, bicep curls, pull-ups, dips, back-raises, rows, hamstring curl. At least 4 sets of everything. Today started with highest weight and worked down keeping same number of reps for each set.
