Long slow endurance run this morning at no. 7 & Crusoe park. Joined in with the Step into Life group who were there doing their run training. Basically ran 2 double res loops on the main tracks. Stopped at the half way point for the others and a drink of water. Kept a steady pace: 5:55 during the first loop, and 6:05 for the second loop. Saw Judy come into the park to go for a run, just as we finished running.
