We went running around all the tracks at Cape Nelson. There were sandy forest and heathland tracks as well as cliff top tracks, dry and poorly vegetated on the western side and thickly vegetated on the eastern side of the peninsula. What a beautiful place! We are interested in attempting the Great South West Walk (250km) bushwalk between Portland and Nelson, in a loop.

Tone up session using resistance bands. It was quite tough! Lots of upper limb and ab work...
