Feeling stronger than last week already, think it takes a session to get into the flow of hill reps. Same as last week, 5x3min (3min), 4x30s (2min) Unfortunately the combination of no headtorch and no grip on my shoes made me look a right knob on several occasions. Rep 2 defo needed some Benny Hill music to complete the performance.
