Nice snowy Pentlands long run with Ewan, Alex, and Jamie! Didn't eat enough beforehand so was a bit of a struggle. Was very grateful for the Scotmid at the end, best Chicken and Mayo sandwich I've ever had but this may be a Budapest pizza situation.

Got out in the morning with Alex for a nice loop. Almost a repeat of Saturday only taking a better route on Braids and cutting short at the end. Bit of a slower pace but not much of an issue given it's one of two long runs for the week. A bit of snow kicking around in places so glad we got out early to lay some fresh tracks. I was a bit worried last night that I might be coming down with an illness but seem to be fine at the moment.
