really tough surface at times, snow and undergrowth. hard physically. no big mistakes, but could not find the flow and made small mistakes too often, 3min combined. very heavy legs after this

wanted to some orienteering, but the running shoes cannot handle steep terrain slopes

Quite a few hills here in Munkebjerg, so took those as a medium intensity hill training. Not feeling too fresh though.
