Some climate change - Florida. Woke up at 6 due to time zone difference, felt fresh and rested though. Nice run on Riwerwalk before the heat hits in.

Last day in Sochi. Felt fresh this morning, wanted to do terrain hills, but the wet snow and mud on the very steep slopes made me go for road, not bad anyway. Started easy though - 8x150m on a not too steep road. good

Second day in Gorki Gorod. The first 2km were slow and heavy, HR going up really fast. After that felt better, even took a short acceleration run towards the end.

Started orienteering when I was 12. Trained a lot and had good results. At 20 rock'n'roll took over for 15 years. Now I'm back. :)
