Still extremely tired. I get to spend this weekend mostly at home though, which is great.
I knew I would pay for the crazy fortnight of travel, and I am. I am tired and not recovering well from exercise. So my aim for the next week is to run ten minutes each day (preferably in the morning, before work), to do a short Freeletics on five days, and to leave work by 6pm. I will not manage this final point on Monday, but that's because I'm skiving off part of the day for my hopefully final trip to Pond Mountain.
