20' WU ; 6x(1km hard/1km steady) ; 25' WD

Murky and chillier day today, so ideal for a flat session day here! Used the loop along the river and fields - a bit downhill on one side and uphill on the other (noticeable when pushing!). Felt pretty decent for most the session after the first couple of 'sets' were done. Leg stiffness virtually gone now.

Nice run out around Cunswick Fell and Scout Scar. Very weirdly the last time I ran around here was a couple of days before world trials on Skiddaw last August. Bit chilly but some great views and atmospheric sky.
Legs felt stiffer than expected, especially glutes and calves. The run went some way to easing them off.
