Went for a run to get my vitamin d intake. It was so sunny outside and pretty. Makes me happy that winter is almost over.

Did my own intervals before junior training. 200,400,600,400,200 with a 20min warm up.
For the juniors training I made them do 5x 200m intervals and at the end they had to do maths questions. Just seeing them trying to think while being tired was hilarious. I then organised a relay of map memory of the same deal. Was fun

Ran around north Adelaide with a very few amount of juniors, we did word searches while running to I prove their map reading skills. Clive use to make me do this all the time.
