Running 12:30 [2] 2.04 km (6:07 / km)
My physio suggested that when I can do 30 "good" calf raises on one leg, then that would be when I can start running.
Today I did 30 calf raises (not sure how good they were), so I tried a short run.
Fitness test at Johnson Park.
A slow warm up, followed by 2 gentle laps of the park.
I could feel tightness, but it was better than yesterday, and there was no pain or soreness.
This gave me enough confidence to have a run tomorrow, although I will have to be very careful to limit my speed. The last thing that I want is another calf tear.
