Nice one with Miki and Tomi. Didn't feel anything from the disease, so guess I'm over it.

Five rounds: 10x shoulder press with 10kg (each arm), 8-8 pistol squats on bosu-ball and 10 pull-ups.
Four rounds (decided to quit the last due to the sickness at weekend. Really started to struggle.): falling fore 5x, 2x20s Superman-stands, 20kg: side throws from squat (dunno the common name of these, I was just creative :)
