5x600 to 1.46-47. All 45-47, but had a really tough time. Struggled even with the first, not speaking of the lasts. But concentrated on the moves and everything went fine besides the pain. Second "real" training this year. Looking 4ward 4 more.

Started in the forest, continued at Stadium. From 25' 2mins of stretching and 15mins of pacing 3:45-50. Felt decent, but something went wrong and my abdominal started to ache. Thought I moved on over this, but not so.

Outer knee felt stressed. Maybe I'm a bit overtrained, but no problem. Oxigen Cup tomorrow, and a day off afterwards.

Stretching, drills and laufschule on hurdles. Nice one, but there were too many of us and couldn't focus on the job. Got upset, but due to it, started to make mistakes but managed to keep chilled. Nice job af. 6x drills in the end.
