Was running it slower threshold for first 2 laps then the other dude I was pacing put the pedal to the metal and suddenly we were rocking 82s a lap despite an 87 target. Time was 11:09 - roughly 40s fast but oh well felt comfortable. Then a 72 and a fast 67 to end on.
